We are offering Hand-made products that are tailored as per the specification

provided by you therefore no refund shall be applicable to our products.

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours

after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will provide a full or partial refund or replacement for the product.

The refund will be made at our sole discretion.

Note: Honestyamor.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
